The support team were very good, quick responses and helped fix issues to prevent delay in sale launch.

From the Shopify team: "it treats all checkouts as draft orders and draft orders cannot process discount codes" Basically, the discount code box on our checkout page no longer worked. It was a customer service nightmare to have customers calling and emailing saying that there was nowhere for them to input the discount code they had been given.

Not that we needed customer service. Initially, I couldn't figure out how to install it - only to realize that it was SO EASY that I didn't have to do anything. It was already installed and good to go.

Interface is intuitive and a new offer takes moments to create. We've had this working for about 10 days - took us a little tweaking to figure out the best offers, but we've now upsold nearly $200 in the last week. Considering the price of the app, I'd say that it's a GREAT value!

And I just have to say again - Customer Service. It matters so much to us. BOLD has nice apps, but no customer service to speak of. I emailed support for Upsell and had a friendly email reply within a couple of hours. Much appreciated.

Dose not work with other discount codes and this is not disclosed anywhere that I can see. Oversight.

We were struggling with pop up set up and this app was recommended by a developer. It's very simple to use, reasonably priced and the team behind it are super helpful! They got back to me in just a few minutes when we had an issue due to user error!

This app is working very well. It looses a star because immediately after you add the discounted item to cart, on my store at least, the customer can change quantity on the discounted items. They could then potentially have extra discounted merch which I will have to remove. It hasn't been an issue yet, but worried it could be! If it becomes an issue, then the rating will really drop.

Excellent app and AMAZING customer service and technical support! Philip when above and beyond to not only help me make the appearance of the pop up look perfect for my shop but also diagnosed an HUGE issue I was having with my shop that didn't have a thing to do with their app! He was a lifesaver and the app is up and running perfectly.

So easy to set up quick upsell products attached to any item in your shop. A great way of doing a bundle without all the hassle and expense. Thanks Upsell! :) Pamela
