The support was very responsive and helpful, even though the issue was from my bank site but the customer support agent helped out thoroughly and coordinated my issue immediately with the back-end support team.

The pricing on this app is too high. 0.85% per transaction amount is insane. With Banks we fight over 10th of a percent and yet here it just blows the payment costs through the roof.
Unum should look into this, their tiered pricing earlier was not great but still better than this.
Not worth the price at all in our perspective, other alternatives charge Rs 20 to Rs 25 per transaction only.

BEWARE!! They CHARGE WITHOUT USAGE TOO. They charged me for 1.5 year; monthly 39$ where as I had stopped the app and also the shopify account (no orders) for throughout this period.

Not even refunding the amount even while shopify support team themselves have written that the application owners will refund as there is no usage.

A must have app for multiple payments tracking. Easy to use as well. I would recommend it to everyone.
