One of my worst experience with this app, as every time am trying to get report for the shipping company, the app delivered uncompleted
however i send an email with this complain 2 weeks ago and no response

This plugin dont load every orders, some orders are missing every time. We had many issues with our customers because of you!

It doesnt load up all orders. This happens almost every week twice. jzzhjzhzhzhzthzhzhghfhghghghzhhhg

We works with various suppliers & had to spend a lot of time to make up default export orders to corresponding templates. This app solved that problem nicely. Well done.!

Been experienced with lots of inconvenient issues when trying to export orders with Shopify default like export files send to email (extra steps), unnecessary columns or switching stores .. This app helps solve all those problems in most easy way.

A bit confusing because the other reviews are all 5 star. Unfortunately we did not have the same experience. paid for ability to have multiple report templates but no more than 1 would save. Attempted to contact support and my response was "there must be something wrong" and we never heard back. app stopped working completely yesterday with no response from support team when we reached out again.

Easy to use and best support so far on Shopify !
I recommend this app for anyone interested in saving time doing exports.

I actually didn't end up using this app but had to write a great review because Steve, the founder of the company, helped me immensely and when his app couldn't do what I needed he referred me to two competitors. Now that's customer service and I will always be on the lookout for what new features and apps these guys develop.
