Die App ist sehr einfach aufzusetzen. Der Support durch einen KI bot ist der beste, den ich bisher in einer App erlebt habe. Man kommt immer sehr schnell zu einer Lösung.
Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die Upsell sektion. Die ist sehr dürftig und nicht ansprechend zu designen.

This Shopify cart drawer app has been an absolute game-changer for our store. The customer service is amazing—always responsive, helpful, and available whenever needed. Mark is a true problem solver and has been incredibly supportive whenever we needed assistance.
The interface is clean, intuitive, and very easy to use. We’ve seen a noticeable boost in conversion rates since installing it, and the upsell features work really well without feeling pushy.
Overall, it’s one of the best apps we’ve used on Shopify. Highly recommended!

I started out chatting with a robot (AI) which was of no help at all. In fact, I would just get rid of it and direct immediately to a human. Then once I requested a human being, DOM came onboard was able to solve our issue quickly and decisively. Humans are way better than machines so please spend more on people and less on technology. Way overhyped.

Very Glitchy, Combined discounts don't work well here, yet tehy do on other apps. Also their tiered rewards don't honor their exclusions so I lost a good amount on orders that had low margin items that pushed the order to a high rewards threshold. Customer service did give me a refund for a month to help offset some of that cost. That is why 3 stars instead of 2. If you only have basic upsell needs this works, anything more than that I would go elsewhere.

I had an issue where my product titles were getting cut off in the cart drawer. The AI assistant tried to help, but when it didn't work for my specific theme, Jose stepped in. He directly accessed my store backend and fixed the CSS issue immediately! The customer service is incredibly fast, kind, and professional. Thank you, Jose, for the excellent support! EDITED. We had an issue with the app on this specific store (we own several stores with UpCart and are generally happy with it) and uninstalled it, out of frustration, rather than contacting the Rokt team.
They did reach out to us and offered to help fix our issue for issue. After some digging, they discovered we had some remnant code from an uninstalled app that was interfering with UpCart (and our site's performance), offered a detailed diagnostic so we could optimize our store. Shout-out to Brandon and his team - they rock!

appreciate your patience and thanks for flagging this. The charge on your bill is tied to how Shopify handles app billing cycles: a charge gets generated at the start of each 30-day billing period, and if that cycle started before you uninstalled, it still appears on your next Shopify invoice even though future billing stops the moment you uninstall.
