We are using Upcart Cart Drawer and have generally been very satisfied with the app. It is stable, easy to configure, and has contributed positively to our conversion rate through effective in-cart upselling.

That said, it is important to be aware of the app’s pricing model. Upcart Cart Drawer charges based on the total number of orders during a given period, not only the orders that are directly influenced or generated through the cart drawer itself. In our view, this is a somewhat creative interpretation of what should form the basis for billing and may come as a surprise if you expect to pay only for the value the app directly delivers.

Overall, it is a strong app with solid performance, but we recommend reviewing the billing model carefully before scaling its usage.

Good app but does not work in my multi-market, multi-language and multi-TLD setup. Support is AI bot.

Great app, easy to customize the cart and customer service is great! Had help by Lilllian who was swift to answer and help me, nothing at fault there! But I do fint the monthly subscription expensive which is why im giving it 4 stars. Looking for a cheaper alternative for this reason.

John from the UpCart team was incredibly helpful. He helped us properly configure the express checkout buttons and ensured everything was working smoothly on our store.

Customer service is very quick and helpful. The app works great. I believe that it helps with getting people over our free shipping threshold because of the free shipping bar and I like being able to offer add-ons right in the cart. It's a bit pricey and we've considered having to cancel it because of it, but for now, we're keeping it. Satisfied customers.

It's very bad the cart just zooms in on ios and for this reason I've had many abandoned carts

WARNING: Doesn't work with Shopify's latest default theme. I spent 1-2 hours setting it up, assuming it would work with the Horizon theme, only to find that it isn't supported. Customer support told me to switch the Dawn theme, which obviously I'm not going to do after the whole site has been built on Horizon. Very disappointed with the app and surprised it doesn't support Shopify Free Themes.
