For me, on Shopify, the "Add to Cart" statistic was no longer displayed (The display was always at 0). When I asked for support, I was always told to contact Shopify Experts, which makes me wonder why the team behind this app can't solve this problem on their own. I will now look for another app and also advise against this app, because here you only have problems and the support is also equal to 0.
Terrible app, messed up completely our store including direct buy links, doesn't work with currency converters, support not replying. A total mess.
I am really sorry that you had a negative experience. I believe this bug is being caused by conflict with the currency converter app on your site. There are 10,000+ Shopify Themes and Apps on the market, so there is sometimes a chance that one of these themes/apps breaks UpCart's functionality.
