Absolutely Outstanding Support from Brandon!

I can't say enough good things about the support I received from Brandon! From the very start, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me out. I had quite a few questions about setting up shipping protection as a gift and customizing the cart on my store, and Brandon guided me through every single step with clear and thorough explanations.

Not only did he provide solutions right away, but he also went the extra mile by pointing out potential improvements to my store’s setup. He was super patient and even noticed small details that I hadn’t thought about myself. His attention to detail and willingness to help were top notch!

What really stood out was how Brandon made me feel supported throughout the whole process like I was chatting with a friend who genuinely wanted my store to succeed. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks to Brandon, my cart now looks great on both desktop and mobile, and I’ve got everything running smoothly!

I could not be happier with the help I received from Jacinda! She went above and beyond to help me diagnose and solve my problem, which ended up not being an issue with UpCart at all! Jacinda not only looked through the site herself, but also made videos for me which I will refer to in the future as well. She was also very patient as I was very busy today and was frequently away from my desk which I greatly appreciated. Thank you Jacinda and team!

Best solution I've found for my cart. Personally works better than anything I've had custom coded as well. Fitting the full screen on mobile and easy upsells. It's exactly what I was looking for.

Fast customer support, quite literally instant responses. And always able to provide a solution but also the reasoning behind it. Nothing but great positives to say about Upcart.

I started with AfterSell about two months ago, which, truthfully, blew me away with the AOV increase that happened, literally, immediately. So I decided to give UpCart a shot... and like most founders, we're quite particular on how things are displayed on our site.

After much self-troubleshooting, Hailey solved a super important UX wish that I couldn't seem to solve on my own. Better yet, she solved in a matter of minutes with such a fun, upbeat attitude. It's so rare to find companies that truly go above and beyond to make sure us shop owners are getting our dream tools – but not with Hailey at UpCart. She cares which means the company DNA is rooted in care.

It's experiences like these that have already turned me into a life-long customer. I know this team has my back today and 5 years from now. Truly amazing experience.

Great app! Upped my AOV by quite a bit, highly recommend if you have bundled items like tracksuits. Jacinda was super helpful and very responsive when one of my customers was having a problem checking out. She found an issue in my code and we got it fixed super quick. I really appreciate the speedy customer service as it limits the time it takes to solve problems in my business. A+!!

Hailey the team are brilliant super supportive and ready to help. I was having an issue with my cart draw. They were support detailed with their investigation and resolved my issue. This happened just before a new product launch too so they saved me going back to the client with disappointing news we would have to delay. 5-stars!!!

I always recommend this app to fellow biz owners because it's the go to cart customization app I've used that delivers great support and results. Michelle has been very helpful in gathering helpful resources and also sometimes give good suggestions that our business could use. Definitely recommend!

app stopped working , alot of glitches, free gifts not working, text all over the place. customer support does not exist. there is one agent switching between dozens of merchants. run away!

I had an amazing experience with Michelle from the support team — she was quick, clear, and genuinely helpful. I asked about customizing the sticky cart button, and she provided both the new and old methods in detail, making everything so much easier to understand.

On top of that, the app itself is very simple to use but incredibly valuable. It adds a clean, professional touch to the store, and it just works — no headaches. Huge thanks to Michelle and the team. Highly recommend this app!
