Very bad support, i have an issue with their cart since 6 days, still waiting for their technical support to even look at my issue. Only chat support asking me to wait until technical support is available, 6 days already i don't recommend this app at all.

Do not use it if you have multiple languages in your shop. The app has no translation possibilities included. You can only use translate and adapt which is highly limited in metafield data and will therefore not solve your problem.

Very sorry, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this app. Support was also not bringing up any solutions that are applicable.

It's worked really great for us so far - with some minor issues with compatibility. Recently we had an issue with the cart drawer showing up, and initially I was directly to an ai support who only re-parroted what I'd already read in the help guide and searched on chat gpt myself. However, once I asked for an escalation, I reached Patti who was able to identify a solution very quickly. Hopefully the app continues to be compatible with our store because it offers an easy way to boost sales and show offers before checkout.

The best cart app on Shopify App Store, period.
Yes, it’s a little more expensive than others, but absolutely worth it. Front-end performance is noticeably faster than any other cart app I’ve tried, and it works right out of the box without needing a ton of tweaks. (Most other cart apps require you to manually disable Shopify’s native cart, otherwise they just stack on top as an overlay, this one handles it perfectly.)

Customisation options are excellent, and the support team is genuinely outstanding- fast, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. In my very first week, they made custom adjustments for me, and since then I’ve had zero issues. Even when I caused a problem myself by changing something in my theme, Aina from their support team took the time to go through everything and help me fix it without hesitation.

I’d recommend this app over any others, hands down. It simply works out of the box, and in my experience, it’s even faster than Shopify’s native cart.

We run a business ourselves, so we understand that things can go wrong — but what’s most concerning is when a company can’t even confirm the cause of an issue coming directly from their own app.
We weren’t asking for new features or a project-based request — we were simply asking for urgent support to resolve a problem their app created. Unfortunately, the lack of ownership and the inability to provide answers made this process far more stressful and time-consuming than it needed to be.

If your business relies on timely support and accountability, this may not be the right fit.

I installed UpCart mainly to offer rewards directly in the cart, and it's been super straightforward to set up. The interface is really easy to use, and I’ve been testing out the upsell and reward features. So far, I’ve already seen a few upsells come through, which is a great early sign. Shoutout to Hailey from the support team—she noticed I wasn’t getting anywhere with the AI bot and jumped in to help without me even asking. Really appreciated that kind of initiative!
