This is a good app and the team provide good customer service. I wish it was a bit easier to set up (for us non-techies) but other than that happy with it.

The Cart does not send ATC data over to Klaviyo resulting in thousands of dollars in lost revenue. Still cant get any support from them to fix this issue.

The app has some great functionalities and the customer service was very kind in helping me fix some issues with translations

Michelle from UpCart Drawer was brilliant! She was patient, extremely helpful, and we fixed the problem quickly. I wish I had spoken to her sooner, very happy with the experience.

UpCart has the best cart drawer UI and functionality I’ve used so far, very clean and great features. I have used it on many stores over the past 2 years. It's fast too, which is very important.

That said, support can be a mixed bag. They use non-technical customer facing support agents that seem to lean heavily on internal docs, which can be frustrating if you're used to apps like JudgeMe or Replo where support are technical and will immediately dive into your code directly. They have to escalate cases to their technical team which can take a while. Recently when I had an issue with the cart not showing on about 20% of loads, it took three days before the technical team confirmed it was a theme issue and not related to the app, something I think could’ve been confirmed faster.

This is not to fault the support agents themselves as they are amazing, very kind and helpful and do their best with what they have.

Still, the app itself works great and does what I need once set up. Just be ready to be a bit more hands-on, and potentially risk having some bugs for a few days if anything breaks.

Great Support and Quick Resolution

I had an unexpected charge after my free trial ended, but when I reached out to UpCart’s support team, they responded promptly and helped resolve the issue quickly. I really appreciate their professionalism and willingness to assist.

The app itself has some useful features, and their customer service made a great impression. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Jeswin provided excellent support, very responsive, patient, and thorough in troubleshooting my issue. He took the time to explain every step clearly and made sure I understood the setup process. Even though the issue turned out to be on my end, his guidance helped me find the right solution quickly. Great customer service experience!
