I am new to ecommerce and couldn't figure out why my upsell wasn't showing up on my cart when I tried previewing it. I contacted customer support and got a response within minutes. They helped me figure it out ... it really only took about 10 minutes. To new users, remember, you need to activate your upsell in your dashboard in order to preview it!

Customer support is actually helping with custom styling code to match the offer to my store theme. This is so awesome!
