The app is really very good and functional. And if something doesn't work as it should, support is fast and effective. We expect a clear improvement in conversions
I highly recommend this App as it is a great application with a variety of useful functions that are easy to set up. Although I had a few issues during the installation process, the Livechat support team was incredibly helpful in resolving every problem I encountered.
I am confident that we will continue to use this app in the long term, as we have already noticed an increase in our conversion rate and AOV since implementing it. Overall, the Cart App is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly e-commerce cart solution.

Truly unbelievable service. I used their other app "AfterSell" and I didn't know it was the same company, but wow when customer support came to help me out on a special request, I recognized Pierre right away and was blown away again at the help he was able to provide. Highly recommended!
Absolutely brilliant app. I'd had it installed for about 10 minutes and it already boosted the value of an order by £19 which otherwise wouldn't have happened. Excited to see the longer term impact. Very professional and clean looking, easy to use and the support from Pierre for customisations is instant and absolutely top class. Not only is UpCart really easy to install and configure, the support is THE BEST! I was having some trouble getting one item to work, got on live chat with support within a few minutes and we were making changes in real time plus a few custom changes that he helped me with. 10/10 recommend this to improve your cart!
