UpCart—Cart Drawer Cart Upsell , 417 vurderinger

This app has many restrictions that aren't told you to you upfront until you discover them yourself and ask the support team (to which their answers are simply, "our app doesn't have control over it"). Free rewards cannot be restricted on cart pages (only sliding cart), and even though I need the order tag to be free of tags, upcart just dominates that space affecting my normal business processes. When asked their response is, "we need that space too". I've only been using this app for a week or so, and not only are the restrictions affecting my processes (customers are literally adding dozens of free rewards with no restrictions), but upcart has been no help in trying to find a solution.

Great support, I like the design, it was easy to setup not like other apps similar to this but having only the cart drawer ruins my other upsell app which is currently making me a lot more upsells.

If this app had an option for normal cart then I would keep this app but cart drawer is not an option for my store.

I can't express how impressed I am with this app and the exceptional support provided by the Upcart team! Recently, I encountered an incompatibility issue with my theme, but the Upcart team swiftly and efficiently resolved it, offering comprehensive support throughout the process. The impact on our sales has been remarkable since implementing the app.

I do have a suggestion to further enhance the app's functionality: consider adding a feature to suggest discounted upsell products. I believe this addition would significantly boost our conversion rates. I eagerly anticipate future updates and improvements from the Upcart team, given the incredible experience I've had so far.
