I had an amazing experience with Michelle from the support team — she was quick, clear, and genuinely helpful. I asked about customizing the sticky cart button, and she provided both the new and old methods in detail, making everything so much easier to understand.
On top of that, the app itself is very simple to use but incredibly valuable. It adds a clean, professional touch to the store, and it just works — no headaches. Huge thanks to Michelle and the team. Highly recommend this app!

I'd give 0 reviews if I could. Expensive, mediocre app with the worst customer service I've ever seen in the Shopify app store. I asked for support on a very simply issue, but it has not been solved after almost two weeks. When asking support to help me I always get a copy-paste answer that's totally useless. I'm going to look for a different app with good support. Definitely not recommended.
Hailey the team are brilliant super supportive and ready to help. I was having an issue with my cart draw. They were support detailed with their investigation and resolved my issue. This happened just before a new product launch too so they saved me going back to the client with disappointing news we would have to delay. 5-stars!!!

app stopped working , alot of glitches, free gifts not working, text all over the place. customer support does not exist. there is one agent switching between dozens of merchants. run away!
I always recommend this app to fellow biz owners because it's the go to cart customization app I've used that delivers great support and results. Michelle has been very helpful in gathering helpful resources and also sometimes give good suggestions that our business could use. Definitely recommend!

This app is full of bugs that never seem to get fixed. They promise improvements, but the same issues persist, making it frustrating to use. On top of that, the customer support is terrible – no real solutions. It feels like the developers don’t care about user feedback. Definitely not worth the hassle. Avoid it if you can!
