Got this app for the cart upsell. It has some amazing features like upsell in the cart and shipping protection. I had some slight issues with the app, but the developers reached out and solved it quickly. I reccomend this app for anyone looking for cart upsell.
I'm so sorry that you've had a negative experience. It sounds like the bug you experienced caused significant frustration, which is certainly not what you signed up for.
Through our development teams initial analysis, it seems like the checkout redirect issue is being caused by a recent change that a conflicting app you are using has made.
We are working to release a workaround, and it should be fixed for you very soon. We have sent you message directly through email and will continue the conversation there.
Any charges by UpCart have been refunded as well. I will do my best to turn this negative experience into a positive one for you 🙏.

Good app, too bad there's no free plan for everyone.

10/10 - Not only is this app fantastic and highly customizable - the staff will go above and beyond for anything you need. I use this app on all my stores and would never use anything else. The in-cart upsell has made a significant increase in my store's revenue and average order value. Particularly I would like to mention Mark, his attitude is 10/10 and he has helped me out in many ways. This company really does go above and beyond
Incredible fast support. Installed the app, in cart upsell was not showing immediately, so I used the live chat. Took them 5 minutes to fix the problem, now everything works fine. Thank you very much!

Patti with customer support was super fast and helpful. This app has been great so far - simple yet very customizable.
I will say, would love if they had a sticky add to cart feature.
