Do not use it if you have multiple languages in your shop. The app has no translation possibilities included. You can only use translate and adapt which is highly limited in metafield data and will therefore not solve your problem.
Very sorry, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this app. Support was also not bringing up any solutions that are applicable.

I’ve been using UpCart for a while, and the app itself has potential — but the customer service is absolutely terrible. They take forever to respond (if they even reply at all), and when they do, the answers are generic and unhelpful. It feels like they don’t actually read what you write or care about solving your issue. I’ve spent hours trying to fix simple problems that should have been resolved in minutes if proper support existed. Definitely not what you expect from a paid Shopify app.
Very bad support, i have an issue with their cart since 6 days, still waiting for their technical support to even look at my issue. Only chat support asking me to wait until technical support is available, 6 days already i don't recommend this app at all.

We run a business ourselves, so we understand that things can go wrong — but what’s most concerning is when a company can’t even confirm the cause of an issue coming directly from their own app.
We weren’t asking for new features or a project-based request — we were simply asking for urgent support to resolve a problem their app created. Unfortunately, the lack of ownership and the inability to provide answers made this process far more stressful and time-consuming than it needed to be.
If your business relies on timely support and accountability, this may not be the right fit.

The Cart does not send ATC data over to Klaviyo resulting in thousands of dollars in lost revenue. Still cant get any support from them to fix this issue.

This app has been a major disappointment. UpCart promises increased conversion rates, but the reality is far from it. The app consistently freezes when adding more items, making it frustrating for both store owners and customers. It’s unreliable, and the lack of any custom coding or flexibility leaves much to be desired.
Customer service is practically non-existent. There’s no support from any real experts, and you’re left to fend for yourself when issues arise. It’s clear that the developers are more focused on maximizing profit than providing a quality support and app. There are far better apps available with responsive support and real customization options. Save your time and money—look elsewhere!
