amazing customer support. Across the board has been very helpful any time we get into an issue. upcart has worked really well for us, too.

appreciate your patience and thanks for flagging this. The charge on your bill is tied to how Shopify handles app billing cycles: a charge gets generated at the start of each 30-day billing period, and if that cycle started before you uninstalled, it still appears on your next Shopify invoice even though future billing stops the moment you uninstall.
