Good app but does not work in my multi-market, multi-language and multi-TLD setup. Support is AI bot.
Customer service is very quick and helpful. The app works great. I believe that it helps with getting people over our free shipping threshold because of the free shipping bar and I like being able to offer add-ons right in the cart. It's a bit pricey and we've considered having to cancel it because of it, but for now, we're keeping it. Satisfied customers.
Mark and Lillian helped me troubleshoot a pesky bug right during our Black Friday campaigns and push a temporary fix really fast. Thanks team!
