EDITED. We had an issue with the app on this specific store (we own several stores with UpCart and are generally happy with it) and uninstalled it, out of frustration, rather than contacting the Rokt team.
They did reach out to us and offered to help fix our issue for issue. After some digging, they discovered we had some remnant code from an uninstalled app that was interfering with UpCart (and our site's performance), offered a detailed diagnostic so we could optimize our store. Shout-out to Brandon and his team - they rock!

Upcart is a fantastic app that gives us lots of tools to improve customer experience on-site. Support is always fast and helpful, shout-out to Aina who quickly fixed an issue we recently had with the up-sells. Would recommend for any store

Good app but does not work in my multi-market, multi-language and multi-TLD setup. Support is AI bot.
