Doesn't work as intended. The counter resets every several days.

Regarding the issue you encountered with the app's visit counts resetting, I'm curious if any changes were made to the app's settings or the visitor counter text on your end. Such adjustments might have triggered the reset. A quick message to our support team would have swiftly resolved this for you.

Extremely rubbish app. Used it for more than half a year, all of a sudden the visitor count getting reset without my acknowledgement. Thanks to our customer notifying us then we raised the issue to the developer. After understanding the issue, we get ghosted by them, not replying anymore for days.

This is an extremely concern and risky app to install as you might lost all your count any time

not sure why it affects my other apps not showing up too. Waste of time...do not install.. very disappointing

Thank you for your review on our app. Reviews such as yours help us improve our app for the benefit of our users. Your review mentions a problem with the app that I would like to address.

In your review, you've mentioned that the app was not working well for your store. The app is working by detecting the add to cart button of the store and then adds the visitors label above or below it.

Sometimes certain themes may require a minor adjustment in order to perfectly work with the app and allow it to properly position the visitors counter at the right location.

I tried to contact you via email and to offer my help but never heard back.
