• Q: What are credits? A: When you upload 1 photo, it requires 1 credit. In the beginning, we provide three free credits to use, then you can choose the plans suitable for your store.

• Q: What files are supported? A: PNG or JPG are recommended for UPLOAD. The larger the file is, the longer the response time is.

• Q: Can everything be detected? A: If the AI can not find the clear object in the photo, also means it can not find the foreground, the system will show the message. Don't worry, it would not require the credits.

• Q: What if I am unsatisfied with the outputs? A: We are always optimizing our algorithm. UPLOAD works well for photos of products, apparel, bags, and food, but there are still some challenges. When you are dissatisfied with the outputs, please contact us, you will get the credits or refund within 14 days.
