Upload-Lift is working so well for us. We are a small commercial printshop. Our customers easily upload files. I also love that potential new customers are able to upload projects. We are very happy with the app.

Tanmay was incredibly helpful in walking me through setting up a complex engraving and image upload on the app. The design involved quite intricate shapes, and he made the process clear and manageable. He also took the time to investigate and resolve a few technical issues along the way.

Communication was excellent with fast responses and clear guidance throughout. We were able to get everything sorted smoothly in the end.

It would be great if the app could automatically send email reminders to the customer after checkout. If no files were uploaded during the order, the customer should receive a reminder to submit their audio files. If files were uploaded, they should receive a confirmation email verifying that their audio was successfully submitted. That would make the whole process feel much more professional and clear.”

Very useful and yet simple to use. I could use some custom html for formatting but I recommend this app from my heart anyway.

This app has everything I need to run a successful business. Now just have to get in contact with the actual developer to make it all come to reality!

I had a few issues with the app (Due to my lack of knowledge) and Tanmay came to help me. He was fantastic, he solved both issues efficiently and was gracious with his time. Once one of the better support calls I have had from any application. Would highly recommend.
