Very good app with very fast and competent support.

Great little application. The UI and general functionality of the Upload option is very good. The pricing is fair; too. We will continue to use it as it's the best one we've seen. We would however like to see this application provide additional options. We need to be able to select specific Collections and/or Products for it to show on (only if those products have been added to the users Cart). Unfortunately at the moment; this is not possible.

It does exactly what I need for our sublimation business and the support is equally the same with fast responses.

I'm using the app for a couple of days now and it does what it says! I'll rate the app 4 stars. There are some limitations to the app, but for me these are minor things, so I'm okay with working around some of them. The support of Michael and the team is worth the 6 stars! ;) Quick response, patient and open in their communiation about what to expect and what not. Very nice to work with them.

Honestly I do not understand why some poeple would give this app a bad rating, since it does what it is supposed to do, and if I might add it does it perfectly, I am using the free version because I do not have many sales yet but the fact that my customers can upload and edit their image for free is wonderful. I love the app and I would give it 10 stars if I could but 5 is the most so I give 5.

We used this app for several months, including the last BFCM. We faced several challenges. Some orders came in with no uploaded file (even though this could be attributed to another app as we tested). Customers were getting a file type not allowed message (we enabled all file types), or customers seeing an endless spinning wheel when trying to upload (connectivity issues?). While Michael did his best to help, we left a 1-star review regardless. We were unhappy with the app's performance and all the extra work it caused. That was our subjective experience as a paid customer with two stores using this app. Until here, it would just be a merchant with a negative experience. Imagine our surprise when we received an email threatening us with cutting all store access to the app mid-BFCM if we did not take down the 1-star review by night. We were FORCED to remove the review to avoid sales disruption in our best-selling product in the middle of the most important sales campaign of the year. We reported this to the Shopify Partner department for investigation; email captures included. We have been in business for over four years, and NEVER we were never threatened before based on a review. We switched apps as soon as BFCM was over. Unbelievable. Sometimes, you'll get a negative review even if you do your best. It happens to everyone. You don't reach out to the customer threatening him with actions to have it removed!

These apps have made my life so much easier! I spent months trying different apps for my store only to be disappointed until I I started using Upload-Lift and other apps created my the same developer. The customer service is also unparalleled. Thank you for all your help Michael!

The app is so simple to set up and use. The built in styling is modern and can blend in with any store's theme. Useful for creating multiple field types. The support are quick, friendly and always willing to help.

Fantastic app. It has so many features. I don't actually use it for the file upload, but for customisations. I had a problem with the install and the support was amazing. I contacted them on a Sunday afternoon and my issues was resolved within a few hours by someone helpful and friendly. I had applied this app for a customer who needed the file upload capability and thought it was such great value for money I installed it on my own site. I checked my site speed before and after install. The speed performed better with this app than my previously installed app - very happy with that.

Very poor customer service with little desire to solve problems and with an arrogant attitude. I do not recommend the app, there are many cheaper options and with much better treatment that facilitate everything in a matter of minutes.

I used this app so that customers could upload files to be printed for them. I like the easy to use interface and ability to change the upload button's appearance. The support was great. I wish the app could preview PDF files, not only image ones. Or have the link to file on the cart page open in a new window on its own. Overall I am happy with the app!

This is a fantastic app - does exactly what I need it to do which is to have 1 mandatory field for customers to type, 1 optional one, and 1 mandatory upload bar. The app is completely customisable with my theme too!! Another app overrode its ability to stop customers adding to cart, I contacted the customer support and Michael had it fixed WITHIN MINUTES. Love this app.

Really good app and looks amazing on my store, I will be buying a plan when my store is live, one issue I would love to be added as a feature is be able to zoom in or our of the uploaded image to fit more into the crop when having dimensions restricted. Thank you

I'm SO glad I found Upload-Lift. I wouldn't be able to fully launch my website on Shopify without this app. One of my absolute favorite settings on Upload Lift is the ability to customize ratios/sizes for my variant options. I'm very impressed with how they were able to do this. I'm actually a very tech-savvy person, so I spent DAYS trying to find the right and affordable app, and I simply could not find anything close to what Upload Lift offers for my needs. They are very responsive, courteous, RELIABLE, and professional! Trust me, stop looking and just try this out.
