Honestly my rating is 6 out of 5 stars! This app is extremely user friendly both for the seller and the customer. the sales of my custom products have gone up since i don't have to deal with the confusion of customers emailing images. Customer service is amazing. They have very quick response time. They helped me through the set up the uploadery app for my product. I've also reached out about how to change settings and they have been very quick and informative with the responses. Before finding Uploadery I was quoted $100 from a person on Fiverr to do the same thing. I can't say enough about Uploadery and the customer service.

Simple and does what I need! Don't hesitate to contact support for help. They were excellent and very responsive.

The app works great and fast for uploading pictures by clients. The team members have good communication and are super fast to reply to emails, they helped me set up the app when I had few troubles and now it looks great! very happy with the service.

not user friendly

Not a good app für customizing services.

Only download it, when you need any picture and want to resize it by yourself! If you add any aspects like an Aspect Ratio 4:5 and the customer then crops the image, the app does not give him an aspect ratio on force and he has to freely choose exactly this crop, otherwise there is just an error message, which makes it impossible for him to place an order.

So:
Just for Image uploads its nothing special but okay and works

for everything else its really really bad

Absolutely brilliant. Contacted them at 10pm and the following day everything was updated as requested. They arranged my website so that customers can see what they are uploading and preview. Fab service !
