Clicking on the plugin keeps prompting for payment, even though there is a free version, I want to try out the functionality to see if it meets my needs. Just click to enter the payment page, cancel and exit, completely unusable

Not a good app für customizing services.

Only download it, when you need any picture and want to resize it by yourself! If you add any aspects like an Aspect Ratio 4:5 and the customer then crops the image, the app does not give him an aspect ratio on force and he has to freely choose exactly this crop, otherwise there is just an error message, which makes it impossible for him to place an order.

So:
Just for Image uploads its nothing special but okay and works

for everything else its really really bad

Support is amazing, couldnt find a way to install (my issue not app) support done it all for me with no issues

It's not fully working in my store yet as it's very complicated and confusing to set it up. The help online for the app only suggest have a look at the guides rather than give actual help,!

Customer service is quick and excellent. I had a few issues installing it into my website and they sorted it out quickly.

The app seems to be great so far! I compared dozens of apps, and selected Uploadry because of its seamless integration to Infinite Options. Install was super easy, and their customer support has been phenomenal! Their Expert Install Service is going to work on the couple small changes I couldn't get myself due to the theme I chose, but it's free!

I installed this app and Infinite Options this evening to replace another custom options app I've been using for over a year. I got it all set up in one evening. It's working like a charm. I did have a little issue that required contacting the help desk. I received the most wonderful and helpful assistance from a magician on the team. Problems solved and everything is perfect. I really appreciate the pleasant and genuine customer service I received. Thank you.

I purchased a new theme without realizing it did not have an uploader! A bad situation for a Photo Lab! Delighted to find that Uploadery had an excellent solution. The software does a great job, but it is easily outshone by the terrific personnel who worked tirelessly to provide badly needed support for this old man! They must work around the clock! Now I am delighted with my uploader with the confidence that professional help is nearby!
