They have great articles to review, then they installed the app, explained it, clarified when I was stumped, and checked in afterward, so they really helped me. The app works exactly as advertised. The crop window looks nice. It is new, so still a bit rough around the edges. More importantly, and the reason for a clear 5-star review: I had a total of 5 change requests (some referring to my particular application, some bugs), and those guys fixed each and every request to my satisfaction with a 48h turnaround time! This is the best customer support I have ever received, and is what caused me to become confident in switching from Jotforms to Uploadery. You guys deserve to win!

I use this app for image uploads from my customers for our custom photo jewelry. I paid a whole lot in the past to develop a custom uploader for a specific shape, but when I needed a normal Portrait/Landscape I found this app. My only real "criticism" is I wish there were more editing options for my customers when they upload... kind of like on an iPhone. Simple things like saturation, brightness, etc. would be very nice... but even in it's current form it works as needed. Thanks.

Amazing app! Easy to use and great customer support. Needed some custom coding due to my theme but they helped me out in some minutes! I can highly recommend this app.

We recently started using this app and it has been working very well. The customer service is better than any other app we've used. They updated all the necessary code themselves without charging anything at all. We needed a few extra cusomizations added and it was taken care of within hours. Very impressed!!! This is our second app by ShopPad and most likely won't be the last. Keep up the excellent work!

For people like myself that aren't tech savvy at all, I mean AT ALL, you should definitely take advantage of their customer service. It is EXCEPTIONAL!

With just one email explaining to them what I needed their help with (which was EVERYTHING, lol) they not only answered all of my questions, but you guys, they went ahead and installed the app for me. I DIDN’T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING! I just told them what I wanted, and the next day, it was all done. Best of all, their service was FREE! Yes, FREE. Most stores charge you a hefty price for the service of a technician, but not Uploadery.
