File Upload by Uploadery

Just getting started on my Shopify journey and getting the site ready. Needed a way for customers to upload their pics for custom prints, and Uploadery fitted the bill perfectly.

I love that a little image preview appears on the product page, and also in the cart. Tried installing the code myself with only partial success (likely due to my theme and very basic code knowledge), but Mandy and team quickly came to the rescue. Now the uploads feature is working and looking great, and I am looking forwards to (hopefully) receiving lots of ready cropped pics to use in my workflow.

It was over 21:00 Saturday here in Canada and I mailed the support asking to help me install all the features of this software, hoping they're going to reply tomorrow or on Monday. They answered back in no time, set everything up in just 5 minutes and now everything is working :)
Now my customers can see a preview picture after uploading, they also have image thumbnails in their cart and a link to the picture in the order confirmation e-mail. The cropping tool is very user friendly and and when the output file is set to .PNG there's no quality loss from editing the image. Minus star, because the app doesn't have an option to flip an image in the editor, only rotation is available.

I love this app. very easy to use and the customer support is amazing. they installed it for me so I didn't need to mess with the code. b

I thought by putting the app on my site that I didn't need to do anything else, but I'm glad someone was there to add the code snippet to my theme, because I couldn't figure it out on my end. Thank you.

Just downloaded the app yesterday, but they have a feature where an expert can help install & set up everything for you. I sent the request last night, and by this morning Anh Pham had it done! Works great so far and customer service has been excellent.

ShopPad installed it for me very quickly. Works perfectly! Just what I needed for my customers to upload photos for personalized items.
