The team at shop pad has been beyond helpful! I haven’t launched my store yet (I’m still a couple weeks out) but in getting Uploadery set up and testing it out, it seems to work great and is exactly what I was looking for to allow customers to upload high resolution images for their product. I did have an issue initially with getting the app set up the way I needed but I reached out to them and they responded and resolved my issue within a day. Excellent customer service!

The application works exactly as I would have liked, making it really easy for customers to upload files for customised orders. The staff are extremely helpful too, and helped me to set up the app when I wasn't sure how to!

I like that the app allows our customers to upload up to six images per product (which is the maximum for us). We print the images on framed metal plates and it would be nice if our customers could also see their photos inside the various frame options.
I've had this app for almost a year on mybrandandme.com.au and it works really well. My customers always comment about how easy it is to order and my conversion rate is over 5%, and as 80% of my orders are by mobile, it makes this app is even more impressive given upload themes etc. The service team are awesome too. Just today Mandy and Alan smashed out solutions for me as I looked to change Shopify themes and didn't want to lose my links / set up. They even noticed a few extra things that wouldn't work with Uploadery and fixed those for me too! 5 stars (including Mandy and Alan)
