This app is the best file upload app on the app store. I recommend everyone use it. The bulk download feature is amazing. I've never had issues with it on the front end. I used other apps and people there were always glitches etc. This is awesome. Thank you guys. Also the support is amazing. If you need any custom css to further adapt the app for the best customer experience possibe, reach out to them. They're happy to help and will handle your request super fast!

Update : Helpdesk got in touch after this review and worked on it. Review updated. Support is never around and doesn't seem to be of assistance when needed. Have an issue with their JS script and have sent a few emails but no update on when the issue is to be resolved.

The Support from these guys was off the charts - phenomenal. Thank you for being a fantastic business partner.
