Simple and easy to use. I had a minor install issue, but that was quickly corrected by support. Looking forward to a lot of use.
Was using a competitor first, but decided to try out this after a tip. Best choice ever, this is how it always should be done.
Enough customizable from start, and even when I wanted to have something tweaked even further to fit my store it was done by support in less than 5 min.

An absolute godsend for personalised items that require photo uploads. I was using a different app that was so complicated and no where near as advanced as this. So so easy to use, am really glad i found this app and such a good price too (i'm only 2 days in and still in free trial, but will most definitely be keeping this app). Very highly recommended by Sweetlea Gifts!!!

the product does not save pictures this 1.
After deleting the application, I reinstalled it again, it wants the 1-month fee I paid again, this 2 other applications are more comfortable, believe me.

Billing is handled directly by Shopify, and you won't be charged a second time -- you just have to re-approve the standard monthly fees after uninstalling. We've already offered to refund the first charge if you decide not to use the app -- however nothing has been billed yet so it's still a little early. App has been working for us amazingly, no sweat. Setup was easy, the tutorials made it super simple! Essentially, the success of my entire ecommerce store is capable thanks to this app... Which is a little scary in a way, but this app allows me to be successful, and I'm so glad I found it!
Aside from the app working right out of the gate, the support is second to none... All my questions were responded to within a day. For some more extra technical questions, the team forwarded me to Toby who is just a pleasure to work with! I'd hate to set the bar too high for this guy but he's been literally coding us unique templates specifically for our businesses needs and I'm so grateful for his attention to the customers. His app did what it was supposed to do, and yet he wants to help us out and solve more of our problems!

Continued to get billed even after cancelling my subscription contacted the team and was able to get a refund. This was after almost 2 years of using their app with no issues

This is a great and intuitive way to add an image upload feature to your website. And what is even better is the service! I was trying to integrate UploadKit into my EcomSolid website and I was having some trouble. Their team quickly helped me out and got it working exactly how i wanted it to. I love Uploadkit. The creator Toby is extremely fast at answering any questions you might have. Really really happy I found this app, extremely useful. Toby even made some useful tweaks for me that made the app much easier to use.

We've used Upload fields for over a year now and never had any issues. It's really easy to install and just works. We've only used support for questions and some small customizations that weren't available in the UI and they have always been super helpful and fast.
If you want customers to be able to upload files on your store this app is your best choice! I l love the app, you can customize the upload forms in detail within the app. And if you want to do a customization that is not available within the app then you can reach out to the support team and they'll help you out with it! Great app with incredible support team!

We looked at several upload apps and this is by far the best out there. We had a couple of theme issues which wasn't a fault of Upload kit but they sorted it very quickly! The support is fantastic, would definitely recommend!

Easy upload feature for photos. I like the features such as the crop tool and aspect ratios and black and white. If there was a way to link customer photos with the order number and SKU's someday, that would be ideal.
Very helpful support team: fast and always available. In terms of the app, I would say it's the best-looking upload app available. Definitely recommend it to anyone requiring file uploads.

I have been using the app for a while now and so far I am really happy. The app was really easy to install and use, plus it comes with clear instructions for additional customisation of the appearance. One function stopped working only recently but the support was spot on and everything was fixed and back to normal within few minutes. Highly recommend!

IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER DO NOT GET THIS APP!! It should be a beta version at best. If you have one simple upload field needed on one page, it may work, but if you have customers upload multiple files on the same page and they need to be in a certain order, good luck! All upload fields get automatically rearranged every time any changes are made to the app and our team spends hours rearranging them and TRYING to contact them. But they take about 12 hours to respond and fix any issues... and pretend they are not sure what the problem is. Right now as I write this I am literally having to close down my shop for the day to wait for their response because the glitches continue, and will most likely have to shut down for longer as I find another similar app. ***UPDATE*** As I sit here waiting for these guys to fix the issue and respond to my emails, I see that instead of fixing it and getting back to my last email, instead he writes a reply to my review to save his company's image before fixing my problem. It is the same person as he referenced my review in a previous email exchange. And by the way, his response to this review saying he has never heard of this is a lie. I really don't want to have to reveal email exchanges but he knows of this issue a week ago and said he knew what to do to fix it... but never fixed it. This is ridiculous. ***UPDATE 2*** This latest response is another lie. I have described the issue every which way I can, over and over, provided images for visual proof of the problem and even provided access to see in real time what was happening... The result? Instead of admitting he has no idea how to fix his broken app, the blame goes to me because I am not describing the issue "as requested"? All the guy wants to do is give me a refund and move on, but doesn't realize that we are a real business that will have to shut down and revamp much of our website. I understand he doesn't want to deal with me, but to spend more time replying to my reviews than actually helping me today is horrible service. I have had other issues with other apps, of course, but they actually try to fix the issue, not just say they keep fixing, but don't, and then blame the customer for not explaining it "as requested". An absolute joke!
Hi! I'm sorry you've hit problems getting fields to show in the correct order when adding multiple separate uploads to individual products in your store. This is something we support, but I haven't been able to reproduce the problem you're seeing when signing into the app as you.
If you're able to describe the steps to take to demonstrate the issue, as requested, I'll be very happy to take a further look and figure out what could be happening.
In the meantime, we've asked Shopify to process a refund, and we're on hand to provide whatever help you need to transition to another app.

I had an issue with the layout and contacted customer service. Their response time was super fast and they even managed to implement my requests on to my product page from their end!! I highly recommend this app!
Not the cheapest app for "only" adding an upload button, but it works the best of all the apps with this feature, has the largest number of settings you can set, looks the nicest, and I got the fastest response from support I've ever gotten to a request. The response took just 30 minutes and the problem was already solved in my store at that point, so I didn't have to do anything, kudos to Jeff.
