A great experience from their customer service they answer any and all questions you may have in regard to your store or their product.
Really easy to use, and elevates your notifications to the next level. You can make all of your email notifications look very professional. My only gripe is that the emails aren't full width.
We are currently using the free plan to customize our order confirmation notifications, we couldn't be happier with the ease of the set up and the level of customization available! We will definitely be upgrading to the paid version in the near future! Five stars!
It is very easy to design your store emails and the directions they provide for exporting the emails to your shopify store are very helpful.
Spently has been a helpful tool in making our order follow-up emails look aesthetically consistent with our site design and marketing material. We had to experiment with a few work-arounds to their templates but Roddy and the team helped us with that exploratory process. In particular, Tina has been immeasurably helpful in working on our templates and in making sure we are following Spently best practices.
Super easy to use and really nice looking templates. Our open rate has already gone up since installing this app about a week ago. I recommend this!

Gosh! Since starting with Spently, I've seen an increase in sales month over month in the last 3 months of 14%. The simplicity of making these default emails more branded and shoppable are key! Including Spently's own discount codes has driven quite a bit of repeat purchases. This is where I was lacking before, having to always acquire. It opened another sales channel so folks will buy from me again within a good time frame. Thanks to the team at Spently!
So far, Spently has proven to be an effective complement to omnisend for us. It is easy to navigate and configure. We are happy with the responsive (and friendly) support from both Roddy and Callum. We received a positive ROI within the first month. Highly recommend!
UpOrder is great- user friendly and extremely effective. We've seen a significant increase in conversion rate and revenue from post purchase emails since we started using the platform. Their support staff is excellent as well, especially Tina! My days are jam packed and some projects have to go to the back burner. Tina's proactive approach and recommendations for improvements on top of her willingness to do the bulk of the legwork has made my life much easier. I highly value responsiveness and clear communication from vendors and Tina never disappoints. Definitely recommend!
