I haven't started using the app yet, just getting it set up to go live. I'm writing the review to say the staff has been great. So far, my experience with Spently has been exceptional and personal. I'm looking forward to working with them.

Great people to work with. Knew I was strapped for time and created all my emails and everything for me. All I had to do was go in and tweak a couple lines to get it how I wanted. Super friendly staff!

This is a huge improvement on the standard Shopify notification emails. It's very easy to customize. It's really important to keep your branding consistent across all communications, and this is a huge boost, thanks!

I have tried a LOT of solutions to maximise my email efficiency and Spently really does the job well. You can replace all of the standard Shopify emails with your own branded set and include coupons, recommend products and so much more.

You have the peace of mind knowing that all of your emails are sent through Shopify's servers so the delivery rate is fantastic. Also, because these emails are transactional, the open rates are phenomenal and you can subtly include upsells and cross sells without coming across too 'salesy' like the way a newsletter campaign might be perceived.

Fantastic app with exceptional customer service! The app is extremely easy to use and allows you to create professional email notifications for your Shopify store without the hassle of any coding. Spently's notification emails are versatile and customizable and are filled with tons of great features that allow you to monetize on your correspondences with your customers as well. Their dashboard provides valuable metrics and analytics pertaining to the emails you send, allowing you to see which emails are most effective at getting opened and which get the most clicks, allowing you to better measure which types of correspondences works for your customers and your company. Also, their customer service is absolutely top notch. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking to make effective and professional notification emails with their Shopify store. We have two Shopify stores and use Spently for both of them and couldn't imagine running our stores without this app.

Amazing service. Tina was very helpful in assisting us in setting up our templates. She went above and beyond what we expected to receive and was very prompt with her replies.
