Amazing service. Tina was very helpful in assisting us in setting up our templates. She went above and beyond what we expected to receive and was very prompt with her replies. The designed emails have definitely made a difference to our customers and ensure they are always prompted with the appropriate emails and discounts. Spently has been great so far! Support, namely Callum, has been accessible just about any hour of the day. I feel like it has been worth the cost so far, especially for abandoned carts. This is a part of my site I've felt has been lacking, and Spently makes it easy and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone that wants their emails to look more like their website and less like a standard shopify email. As a bonus I so appreciate they help to design and layout the emails with you.

If you want beautiful templates and a user friendly platform to edit them for your store this is the app. The support team very incredible at least my experience with them when I had an issue. They have been replying fast literally in minutes and made a great service.
