Great! works well for small businesses, very simple and clean to use.
Really enjoyed using the app. Interface is really easy to design customised templates that suit my store's look and feel.
Just starting with these guys but so far it looks quite simple and in line with the promised stuff. Will get back with more feedback later!
Running an online business can be tricky sometimes. We're always on the hunt for new apps that help make our business operate more efficiently and minimally. Spently gives us a bundle of e-mail alternatives which drastically improved sales and customer feedback.

Great App! Relatively Easy to use and definitely an effective solution!
Can't say enough good things about the service level of the Spently team. They have been extremely helpful in setting up the account and our return has been impressive straight away.
Spently more than paid for itself within the first 20 days of implementation and the team is great to work with!
Far superior to all the alternatives in the App Store! We use Spently to create all of our Notification emails, which the other apps we tried didn't support, including Customer Welcome and Activation emails. In particular, we used the Order Confirmation email to include a 15% off discount code and it has already helped bring customers back to our store to buy again! We also get to see analytics on the emails to see how they're performing. Highly recommended!
I've used this app for a few months now it's expensive, but also does help with automation; however, for the price you pay they should at least make a feature where if a customer subscribes to a newsletter they get an automatic discount code. I think this is the biggest flaw with this app.
Somehow my emails weren't going out, the edit pages don't even open my emails, and somehow I'm being charged $99.99 per month when the pricing shows free for the first 25 orders and $10 for each additional 50 orders (my store gets about 250 orders per month). Total ripoff, and I feel like an idiot for not realizing I was getting ripped off earlier. App deleted.

We have discontinued the free “Follow Up” email feature and communicated our plans to do so with our customers. We apologize if our emails missed you.
Finally, UpOrder underwent some payment plan changes over a year ago. We understand that you were unhappy to find you were on a legacy plan. While the legacy plans were frequently better deals for some of our users, it sounds like this may not have been the case for your brand.
