UpOrder (formerly Spently)

This app is a must have if you want customized email notification sent to your customers, it's easy to use in setting up your email templates. I especially like how the setup not only gives you instructions on how to setup but it also provides a video that shows you how to setup templates. I would recommend this app to anybody that wants to have repeated customers visit and shop at your store because of the nice professional email reminders that is automatically sent to your customers for shipment tracking and friendly reminders from events that the customers initiate. Customer service is excellent through chat and email support. This App Is Awesome!

Easy to install and use (clear instructions); it gives my company an opportunity to connect well with customers (gives our emails a personal touch).

I use this app to send order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. It let's me further inform my customers and strive to increase their enjoyment of my product. I signed up for Spently after not wanting to have duplicate emails going out from other vendors like Recieptful (they were great, just not what I was looking for from a consumer experience perspective) and I wasn't happy with just sending out text emails.

Being overly busy like everyone is I finally enlisted the team at Spently to build out all my templates. This was a huge help and worth every penny to get up and running quickly. We went through a few revisions and anytime we needed to adjust something, for whatever reason, they were quick to respond and happy to help.

We've only been live for a couple of days and we've already landed a sale directly from the emails which paid for the service this month. If you are on the fence - pull the trigger. You won't be disappointed.

As a MChimp app user ever since my store started until they announce on the end of March to discontinue their Shopify integration, I never realized there are also better and more user friendly apps that can be use on the same purpose. I hope to gain a better harvest with Spently. I simply recommend this app to Shopify Merchants who are searching for a good app for automation.

Super easy to use. Templates are good. I had a small issue with some functionality but the support team fixed it. Highly recommend.

I was having issues exporting templates and I got some really helpful support from Grace to resolve this, was very patient with all my questions and guided me on how to do things
