A must have App for Shopify. Easily edit your customer emails and create custom templates. Also they have a great support team.

Great app, really simple to use & make attractive notification emails that would be costly and time consuming for an HTML developer to do. Highly recommended.

So easy to use and setup my email templates. I would definitely recommend it to anyone starting out with their store. As soon as we fully launch and have more cashflow, I will absolutely be upgrading from the free account to take advantage of the extra options they have to offer.

Great app. Within 30-45 minutes I was able to create beautiful email templates for all of our order confirmation, shipping, and shipping update emails. These are much improved over the standard ones that come with Shopify, and allow us to have a more branded interaction with our customers!

We are incredibly impressed with the quality of service and support we have received from Spently. Branding is extremely important to our shop and the new templates we have implemented with Spently have taken our customer experience to the next level.

Prior to Spently, our abandoned cart recover was approximately 4%. Within two weeks of using Spently, our rates have increased to 8.7%, above Shopify's average. *** UPDATE ** - Over 9.5% of our Cart Recovery emails are being completed now!!! Amazing. FURTHER UPDATE - As of this morning 21% of our recovery emails are successful. Game changing. Thank you.

We look forward to finding new ways to work with the automated emails, especially around the major holidays.

This app is worth every penny.

Really great app and great support! Had some hiccupps getting the discount code to work but it was fixed straight away and everything works great! My notification emails look so professional now and I find the analytics so useful. Highly recommend.

This app is actually useful; however, if you are not html savvy you will get lost in coding translation. It only helps if you know the html basics. Here at SM Fashion, we actually had to reedit and revise the emails several times because there is no place to edit the html code until it's being exported and saved. If anyone wants some amazing customized emails, choose Supercharged Store Emails.

Also, make sure that you are aware of the "global style" editing because those settings are for all email designs unless the green globe isn't selected. Another thing to be in the know of is the Advance Settings.

Con: It would be nice to be able do more html editing before the export.
