The Spently app is great, very easy to use, but for us Tina had a major contribution! She was very prompt and attentive, she solved any request in the shortest time - even the customization requests were solved in the shortest time, although it requires more investigation. :)

I am so happy with the customer service I received, this app is great for anyone who needs to setup email workflows but needs a good starting point. The templates are clean and can be used out of the box and customizing the look and feel is very quick and easy.

I really love this app. The support we received from the Spently team is over and beyond 10 stars. This app is a must for every store owner to ensure that they have branded, professional email notifications going out to their customers that will help them generate more income. The only thing I wish I could do is manually send an email notification from the app to a customer in the event that one was not sent via the shopify trigger. Overall an excellent app, with exceptional customer service!!

Thanks for the great review! Depending on the email notification type, there are some manual ways to trigger these within your Shopify Admin. Message us in the app or at support@spentlyhq.com and we can point you in the right direction. Thanks again!

Great app! It hadn't occurred to me that notification emails had such high open rates and that they would be prime real estate for branding and engagement. The UI needs a tiny bit of polishing but overall really pleased and I know our customers at www.HeydayFootwear.com are loving it too.

This app is just what we were looking for! Now we're able to customize the emails our customers get when they make a purchase or for abandoned carts. Very intuitive interface, their support team is great, and we're sure this will help us convert a lot!
