This is a great app which just makes the communication to customers more professional and allows you to have a same brand message and look and feel going out on all mails. This will set you apart from the pack. Easy to install and configure, giving the follow up emails a go now with an abandoned cart 3 mail sequence to catch those that have fallen through the net. Lets wait for results

I have used this app briefly, and it appears to work well as described. The support team for Spently clearly goes above and beyond to help in every way, and always very quickly. Thanks for this!

Very average i got to say, far from a pixel perfect emailing app. Its decent and thats all. Lack of competition at this price range makes it have 4.8 stars.

Really easy to use. My store confirmation email look more profesional now thanks to Spently. I really recommend this. They have templates that let me include my store logo. Love it!

I am changing my review from 5 star to 2 star. In the beginning it seemed that with the functionality and features (plus an immediate order/conversion) this app was going to be our email service.

After a few months, the conversion rates dropped significantly. $99 is a very high cost. We currently use another app (sms), thats $49 and the conversions are OUT OF THIS WORLD.

Canceling this app. Emails don't matter if they aren't being opened. ROI is not there.

This app creates beautiful order confirmations, etc. No question about that! Despite our early concerns about the app not being incompatible with other Shopify apps, Spently did come through eventually to make the changes so that this app works with the Product Options app. Also, it does include the complete invoice number on all forms now which is comforting. Overall, a great app. It would be great if they created automatic invoices as well.

Amazing APP! I tried it for a week and it's the exactly APP I wanna use to help my website to build a beautiful anto-response email template!! And it works like a charm with Shopify API! You don't wanna miss this one out if you have the same request as me :)

Horrible! This company was fantastic in the beginning. Tina was great. Now it is awful. My templates are gone yet I've been charged every month. There is no support to ask for my templates. Shopify should not be working with this company. THE WORST APP and No SUPPORT. An absolute shame.

This app is an absolute scam. DO NOT INSTALL. Charged me HUNDREDS a month with no heads up for an app I wasn't using. I uninstalled it and my entire card payment system crashed and I lost thousands in sales trying to fix it. DAMN this app and the devs who put this out.
