Cool app, really easy to use. Friendly and helpful comms from developers when I asked a query, good work!
Very helpful support team, quick to respond and they always provide easy to understand steps to follow. Great app all around! Excited to see how much it helps out with sales.
Was struggling to find an app that would let me customise my notification emails and this was the ONLY one that met my needs. Quick and easy to set up, and most importantly makes our emails look so much more professional.

I just downloaded this app so I can't comment yet on how much it affects sales but I must say that their customer service is above expectation. Not only do they respond to emails promptly but after I installed the app the chat popped up with an agent named Tina requesting to complete set up. She answered all my questions and was extremely professional and helpful. I'd say the only thing I didn't expect was that after publishing the email templates I was prompted to accept billing. This however don't change the pricing. The app is still free under 25 orders per month and increases in $10 increments after to a maximum of $400. If sales increase this is a win win.
The app was very helpful and had a lot of opportunities to personalize the message our company wanted to send to our customers. I had no issues with the app and it was coded very well. It ran smoothly, was user friendly and had tons of templates to choose from.

Installation is quite easy. I decided to test with the free plan that is supposed to support up to 10 orders. A few hours and 4 orders later, I received an email to upgrade, that I have gone over the quota and no emails are being sent. By this time I had not even finished setting it up.
I addressed this with support. I upgraded to basic. I must have missed their notification email because I just logged in and found email sending had been suspended again - so I can upgrade again to the $40 plan. This was after sending just 34 emails which include order confirmation, shipping, out for delivery and order delivered.
I think this app uses cooked data to force you to upgrade billing. When I raised this with support, they asked for access to my store (which I gave), but they never offered any explanation why my order count and theirs do not match.
Be warned. Your emails will keep getting frozen until you reach $400 a month plan.

The guys at Spently took my constructive criticism and developed a new, clean theme. I'd suggest giving this APP a whirl.
