Spently assigned someone to my account and they set up all my email templates FOR me! I was astonished by she attention to detail and the templates were so on-brand. We did have to tweak some formatting but she was very attentive and got it working. Before my trial even ended I had nearly a $2k return in sales!
Oh these guys have an amazing product and a really good support team. I have been impressed by the way how they customized my email templates that is completely in sync with my brand colors and branding language. Well worth it. Thank you :)

I don't normally leave reviews but I felt compelled today. This must be one of the worst email marketing softwares I've ever come across. Their old template builder was pretty ordinary (not very good). But their new template builder is literally one of the worst pieces of software I have ever come across. And I've used many.
We've worked very hard to continue to update our app since you last used it. It is now easier than ever to design all 21 of your Shopify notifications with our template builder and global settings. This allows you to configure all of your notifications at once, saving you time so you can get back to running your business.
In addition, we've also made significant improvements to all of our marketing components giving you more control of your recommendations and unique personalized discounts.
Lastly, we are always here to help you, so if there is something you are trying to achieve in our template builder or app, but can't get quite right, we'd be happy to do it for you.

The Spently app is great it has helped make all our business emails look so professional and more like we are a big corporation.., I'm so grateful that it exists it honestly has made the whole transactional emails side of our store came alive. Thanks so much Spently
I don't have any experience in coding, this apps is perfect to me, it is easy to use. But there have a few hours of the service that they use was experiencing some technical difficulties which made the logo and social network button in the email notification disappear. They backup the service back in few hours.
Great App and useful, I would highly suggest it! Also the support team is on another level solving any problem on time!
I use this app for one of more stores as a test and so far it is going great! Customer service is probably the best from all the available apps.
