Great support. We have been using the free order confirmation email, and their team has been very supportive. Works great and very easy to understand.
So far I have the free version of the app and have been able to create a beautiful bespoke order confirmation email template. I cannot offer an opinion on the rest of the options the app offers, but from what have seen of it so far, its a lovely app and there is very good customer service. www.apacheroselondon.com
Amazing customer service! My expectations were exceeded in their ability to trouble shoot and to find work-arounds for my special email needs. We love Spently! Roddy and Tina are so helpful in getting everything set up professionally and quickly. I love how it works alongside our email marketing software and generates extra revenue. The personalised coupon codes with the customers name as the prefix is a cool feature too. Highly recommend this app.
