The app was very helpful and had a lot of opportunities to personalize the message our company wanted to send to our customers. I had no issues with the app and it was coded very well. It ran smoothly, was user friendly and had tons of templates to choose from.
This is just amazing, i used it to configure my templates, just what i needed! also customer support is more than 5 stars!
The chat feature was awesome! It was automatically offering help to me and saved me probably two hours of work and figuring things out! Thanks, Callum!!

Got the free version with order confirmation email, very easy to edit. Ours looks very professional now compared to the Shopify default. Only wish is to be able to just buy their other template at one time fee since we do not need other paid services. Thanks again! www.TheCommandment.com
I downloaded this app the help me improve my email maketing and conversations with customers! Initially i had abit of difficulty as i am not a very technical person but the support was second to none! Patient understanding and very quick in solving my problem! Callum was great
Installation is quite easy. I decided to test with the free plan that is supposed to support up to 10 orders. A few hours and 4 orders later, I received an email to upgrade, that I have gone over the quota and no emails are being sent. By this time I had not even finished setting it up.
I addressed this with support. I upgraded to basic. I must have missed their notification email because I just logged in and found email sending had been suspended again - so I can upgrade again to the $40 plan. This was after sending just 34 emails which include order confirmation, shipping, out for delivery and order delivered.
I think this app uses cooked data to force you to upgrade billing. When I raised this with support, they asked for access to my store (which I gave), but they never offered any explanation why my order count and theirs do not match.
Be warned. Your emails will keep getting frozen until you reach $400 a month plan.
