Spently has been a huge help in optimizing our Shopify transactional emails! They have provided great customer service from day one and are alway willing to jump on a call to help on a set-up. Our customers enjoy receiving the customized emails as it helps improve the overall experience. I would highly recommend working with Spently team if you would like to customize standard Shopify emails!!
We have a custom-built in-store pick up option and the Spently Team helped make sure that all of our order confirmation and shipping emails were accurate and had the correct language based on the type of order that was being processed.
I needed support updating the information after purchasing through Exchange Marketplace. Don provided helpful customer support and I was able to make the required changes with no problem. Response time was good.
The idea of this app is great. However, app does not work. You can create cool emails but they will not publish. There's no option to copy the html for shopify. I really wanted this app to work. I spoke with several associates that were not able to assist me. Hopefully I can find an app similar that actually works. Don't waste your time designing emails.

I just downloaded this app so I can't comment yet on how much it affects sales but I must say that their customer service is above expectation. Not only do they respond to emails promptly but after I installed the app the chat popped up with an agent named Tina requesting to complete set up. She answered all my questions and was extremely professional and helpful. I'd say the only thing I didn't expect was that after publishing the email templates I was prompted to accept billing. This however don't change the pricing. The app is still free under 25 orders per month and increases in $10 increments after to a maximum of $400. If sales increase this is a win win.
Spently has been a helpful tool in making our order follow-up emails look aesthetically consistent with our site design and marketing material. We had to experiment with a few work-arounds to their templates but Roddy and the team helped us with that exploratory process. In particular, Tina has been immeasurably helpful in working on our templates and in making sure we are following Spently best practices.
Huge revenue driver and easily creates a strong brand presence across all the transactional emails we send. I highly recommend.
Really user friendly! It's very easy to customize the templates, and the support team is very helpful. They get back to you fast, and are able to answer any questions you may have.
