I would to add to my initial review. Customer service was IMMEDIATE - they clearly explained something I didn't know...

I LOVE this app.

This app is a MUST HAVE. Completely custom design all of your customer interactions with ease. It looks as though you spent a fortune on an email designer - but you didn't. The tracking is amazing & great customer service. This is just the best app.

Spently really makes things easier and gives you a wide variety of options.

Great app! We have been trying the free version for the last couple of weeks but I fully expect to upgrade imminently. It really helps to be able to send professional emails with the ability to upsell and to keep customers engaged with your brand.

Spently automatically sends out professional looking emails to our customers. We're not a big store yet, but Spently is helping us get bigger faster.

We just started using this app and we are very happy we made this choice. They give our store a very professional look and their templates are amazing. One great thing is their customer service, its very efficient and they attend to all your needs immediately. Overall very happy with spently!

Great app! Turned our boring auto emails into gorgeous useful receipts for our customers in less than one afternoon of work. At first there were issues with our image showing up in the banner space correctly on different devices/browsers but quick responses and fast service fixed that quickly. Thus far Spently has been a set it and forget it app which is nice.

I just recently installed the Spently app to customize my order confirmation emails and it's so easy to use. I love all of the features, and the customer service is fabulous. I reached out to customer service with an issue, and it was resolved within 24 hours. I highly recommend this app if you are looking to engage with your customers on a deeper level and weave a little personality through somewhat boring emails.
