Probably some of the best support you'll receive from an app team on shopify. I was a little skeptical at first but was convinced when I saw the amount of conversions. I'd highly recommend trying this app.

I use this app to send order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. It let's me further inform my customers and strive to increase their enjoyment of my product.
