I've used this app for a few months now it's expensive, but also does help with automation; however, for the price you pay they should at least make a feature where if a customer subscribes to a newsletter they get an automatic discount code. I think this is the biggest flaw with this app.
The tech support is fantastic! Response time is fast and Tina has been super helpful on multiple occasions when issues have come up.
Im waiting to see what the app actually does within my trial.Tina the support staff is amazing. She walked me thru everything on how to set this up! I am going to update my review after my trail is over to see how it performs
This app is one of the best ways to generate passive sales. The Spently team is incredibly attentive and the platform is very turn key for us. Definitely recommend it!
The Spently app is great, very easy to use, but for us Tina had a major contribution! She was very prompt and attentive, she solved any request in the shortest time - even the customization requests were solved in the shortest time, although it requires more investigation. :)
In the first 45-days of use, Spently helped me to obtain over $75k in revenue that otherwise we might not have gotten for my business. Tina has been great at giving suggestions for optimization, as well as making sure we understand the app and are able to fully utilize all the features to their fullest capability. So far I am very pleased with the Spently app and hope the team continues to improve it with more features and A/B testing.
Spently is a great APP but what makes this app so awesome is the people behind them among them Tina who is extremely nice and efficient. There is never a negative answer, on the contrary, she is always available to help us and make the results we seek happen.

Spently has been amazing for us. The customer service is above and beyond, and we have seen an increase in revenue from the follow-up emails and offers we added. We highly recommend Spently to anyone who wants beautiful, professional, automated emails to go out to their Shopify customers.
If you are reading this review, Spently is a tool you should be using. End of story. We use Klaviyo for the bulk of our email marketing, but using only that leaves holes in an email strategy. We weren't able to leverage notification emails to generate more revenue. We weren't able to really take charge on upgrading what our notification and transaction emails looked like as they go to our customers. Spently changed that, and they gave us a lot more control over what our emails looked like and how they functioned. That's enough to pay for the service, I promise you. Beyond the app being great at what it does, let's talk customer service. I told the Spently team that we had an upcoming launch SOON. Their response was to take our site design and help us create beautiful email templates that matched it for every notification we need to send out, in under a week. I cannot stress enough: not only does Spently do it's job as an app and WAY MORE than pay for itself, but their team took DAYS of work off of my shoulders when my time was limited and pressure was on. They are friendly, helpful, and seem genuinely awesome in every way. This morning, a member of their team reached out to me and told me she had seen the new site in it's final form and had suggestions on updating the templates. These are people you want on your side, and you should use Spently. It is not an expense, it is an investment with a huge ROI, and not investing will cost you money.
