The Spently app is a game charger for transactional emails. Emails are now on brand and we can add elements to upsell and winback customers. The customer service from the team is outstanding as well! Tina is always responsive and helps with any requests.

As our business has grown online Spently contacted me to ask about upgrading to a paid package. Financially it seemed to make sense and so we did. Jaret talked me through the set up process and Grace sorted out all the creatives for the follow up emails. This should lead to better responses which I'm looking forward to seeing. So far the experience has been flawless, brilliant even. A Zoom chat first, then creative input and updates all managed by Spently. This is not an app created in a bedroom somewhere (well, maybe it is, but it doesn't show!)

Great app! Turned our boring auto emails into gorgeous useful receipts for our customers in less than one afternoon of work. At first there were issues with our image showing up in the banner space correctly on different devices/browsers but quick responses and fast service fixed that quickly. Thus far Spently has been a set it and forget it app which is nice.

I've used this app for a few months now it's expensive, but also does help with automation; however, for the price you pay they should at least make a feature where if a customer subscribes to a newsletter they get an automatic discount code. I think this is the biggest flaw with this app.

This app is one of the best ways to generate passive sales. The Spently team is incredibly attentive and the platform is very turn key for us. Definitely recommend it!
