UpOrder (formerly Spently)

I just recently installed the Spently app to customize my order confirmation emails and it's so easy to use. I love all of the features, and the customer service is fabulous. I reached out to customer service with an issue, and it was resolved within 24 hours. I highly recommend this app if you are looking to engage with your customers on a deeper level and weave a little personality through somewhat boring emails.

Cannot thank Anja enough for all the back and forth technical support to trouble shoot and customize for our needs - and this was for the free version!!!! All our notifications look professional and work seamlessly. Thank you Thank you!

Really delighted with the Spently app. All our transactional e-mails now look great and way more professional. We're also able to cross-promote products and encourage repeat sales with creative header and footer visuals. Support is great too. Give this app a go!

Great app, I have been disappointed with the limited email templates that come with Shopify, so this app has definitely taken our emails to the next level. Its very easy to modify the templates, and its useful to see the stats that are kept on the dashboard of our account.

Callum is incredibly helpful in giving us super insightful recommendations and quickly follows up with everything to make sure our templates are always up-to-date. We're impressed by the service we receive.

Edit: Pricing concerns have been cleared up. support team actually gave us a call to discuss the plans in more detail.. and given the free plan still offers fantastic branding and resell opportunities I can see us having a happy, long lasting relationship with Spently
