We're only just starting out but we are already seeing improved engagement and some revenue coming through our transactional emails. Very happy with the customization of our simple user experience but the support is what puts this service over the top. We have a custom-built in-store pick up option and the Spently Team helped make sure that all of our order confirmation and shipping emails were accurate and had the correct language based on the type of order that was being processed.

It has great features and very easy to use !

The app is so great to use and required 0 setup (coding, etc), unlike other ones. You do of course have to set up your templates, but this is just drag and drop and copy and paste kind of stuff. Super easy. They also offer to do it for you, if you do not have time. The emails look very professional and look a million times better than the ones Shopify provides.
