UpOrder (formerly Spently)

This is a very cool and easy to use product. I initially downloaded receiptly but after doing all the customisation, found out that it didn't work for an alternative payment method such as COD or EFT, Bank Deposit...so a bunch of people simply weren't getting it. So I swiftly deleted receiptly and found Spently which solved that problem. Boom. Good stuff.

Great Service over Email, Helps with Bulk Actions and General questions, Very recommended App, started using it and Automatically feel a lot better with my Email Sequences

I chose to install Spently after seeing another shop owner use it. Callum has been of great support helping me set-up the emails. It was literally like having him sat next to me and guiding me through the steps. Not that the set-up is difficult: it would actually be pretty easy for most people. I just wanted to double-check if I had done things right and understand better how the app works; Callum answered all my questions. Now I can't wait for my customers ro receive these supercharged emails!

Great support. We have been using the free order confirmation email, and their team has been very supportive. Works great and very easy to understand.

So far I have the free version of the app and have been able to create a beautiful bespoke order confirmation email template. I cannot offer an opinion on the rest of the options the app offers, but from what have seen of it so far, its a lovely app and there is very good customer service. www.apacheroselondon.com

We love Spently! Roddy and Tina are so helpful in getting everything set up professionally and quickly. I love how it works alongside our email marketing software and generates extra revenue. The personalised coupon codes with the customers name as the prefix is a cool feature too. Highly recommend this app.

I just installed the app. It was easy to set up and add the code. I love the design options. After a month or so I'll come back and update my review.
