Großartiger Support! Wir hatten anfangs Probleme mit dem Einrichten unseres Druckers. Auf unsere Anfrage über den Chat wurde prompt reagiert und Ruben hat das Problem in Kürze gelöst. Auch weitere kleinere Fragestellungen wurden von. Ruben umgehend zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Endlich mal ein Service der verlässlich und kompetent ist. Das Dashboard funktioniert fehlerfrei und die Prozesse laufen rund. Durch die Möglichkeit über die Voreinstellungen unsere Parameter fest zu hinterlegen, ist die Erstellung von Versandaufträgen eine Sache von wenigen Klicks. Danke noch mal an Ruben!

Gute Integration und schnelleres Label erstellen als bei DHL. Auch der Support funktionierte sehr kundenorientiert, es wurden die konkreten Einstellungen geprüft und auf einen Fehler von uns hingewiesen.

UPS customer support, especially Ruben, has been absolutely incredible and extremely helpful. The support team has been very responsive, providing feedback quickly and consistently going the extra mile. Honestly, it’s some of the best and most helpful support I’ve received!

Realmente son 4 estrellas pero la llamada de soporte que puedes pedir la verdad que fue de lujo.

Son muy rápidos con cualquier duda tb por email

Diría que es una aplicación con una pequeña barrera de entrada pero definitivamente es 1000% mejor que usar UPS.com

Las reglas que puedes poner son la clave y le voy a dar más caña a eso para sistematizarlo todo aun más.

Faltan cosillas como que te seleccione por defecto el envío más barato pero al parecer los van a ir metiendo.

We have been using the UPS Shipping Dashboard for a little over 2 years now and have had ZERO issues when it comes to managing and creating labels for our shipments. The automatic shipping details make every order quick and concise, alongside the automatic fulfillment.

Any questions we did have for customer service were answered promptly, and with clear, easy-to-follow directions. I would highly suggest to use the app for any and all UPS shipments through Shopify!

The support I received has been good - we had many questions when changing from another Courier service as the setup is different.
Every question I asked got answered.

The app is quite good, it does have some limitations, but does what we currently need it to do.
