WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO CONNECT WITH OUR UPS DASHBORAD THROUGH OUR SHOPIFY APP. BUT WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM THE SUPPORT TEAM WE GOT IT FIXED AND ALL BACK RUNNING SMOOTHLY.

This app is good and the support is very helpful. Started off with several issues but these were resolved quickly by the support team. Once set up correctly, it is very quick to book shipments and saves me alot of time.

There are still some things that could be improved and introduced including:

-Removing orders from the 'orders' section when they have already been fulfilled in Shopify (e.g. when fulfilled by another shipping provider).
-Also it would be really helpful to have some sort of self service returns portal for customers to submit return requests and use the UPS shipping rates. This would really help and encourage me to use the integration more for returns (I currently use another 3rd party app for returns).

The App doesnt work as smooth as it should vs their competition. The main issues Ive seen are reading orders incorrectly from Shopify (especially with orders with several items) and certain orders dont get auto-fulfilled in Shopi when printing labels in the app (and we still dont know whats triggers this problem). Eitherway, this happens in a short amount of orders but I think it should get improvements.

Regarding the CS support, the service has been great and helpful.

I want to use this app, but it ALWAYS incorrectly rates our shipping costs even as we've tried multiple times to synch it to our UPS account. We've become accustomed to this. However, the app often loses synchronization with Shopify and we are unable to fulfill orders received in time for EOD shipping. Kind of sucks when the UPS driver has to come back the next day because the app doesn't work.

I've not been using the app very long, but so far I've had a good experience with it and customer support was extremely helpful in resolving the one issue I had.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app is absolutely horrible and the customer service is no better. We have created an account then the next day we are not able to login and when you try to create an account it says email already used but when try to reset password you never receive the link to reset the password. I recommend just going through UPS website and doing what you need to do because this app does not do anything and the support is terrible two thumbs down zero stars. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

Great support, helped me responsively with an account issue

Be aware that this app is NOT UPS or an official UPS app, despite its name.

I wasted A LOT of time installing and setting it up, only to find out they can't provide labels for some UPS services, including Ground Saver and SurePost.

That's fine, but it needs to be stated in the description here or at the least on the app itself, as many businesses in the U.S. use these services.

As I explained in the ticket you've opened up with us this App initially targeted the European market and we're slowly expanding the offerings to global UPS Services.

If you are an IOSS-registered business, this app is currently unworkable, useless and you should avoid it. The software mis-declares commercial invoice details and values to customs/ups brokerage for international shipments (and this is meant to be an official app?) and then customs subsequently incorrectly charge our customers import tax and fees we have already paid via our IOSS intermediary!

This Issue with the data they are providing UPS has been highlighted to the developers of the app on multiple occasions, with clear evidence of issues, even specifically detailing where we can see why issues are happening, and yet no resolution nor constructive feedback has been provided to date. It is totally unacceptable.

If you are not IOSS registered or don't send any packages to the E.U then perhaps this issue won't affect you or your customers. But if you are like us, this app and the data it sends to UPS is completely useless and will cost you and lose you customers. This is a fact. We can provide the evidence of failure after failure. Overcharging after overcharging and no one could care less.

Avoid at all costs.
