This app works awesome, and saves us a lot of time.

App connects quickly to Shopify, you can work with rules so that the correct UPS service is connected to the different shipping methods in your store.

Automatically puts the orders on fullfilled after the label is printed, tracking right in the Shopify orders dashboard.

We had one issue that we could not print from the dashboard directly to our label printer, but one ticket and maybe 1 hour later that was added to our account, and we can now print the labels directly from the dashboard.

Super easy and very happy with this!

Fast customer support. The app is simple but works great. We use it in orders that require to be divided into more than 1 box/label.

Doesn't support checkout rates, so there was no way to expose UPS to customers, and it tried charge me literally 3-4x as much for UPS shipping labels as Shopify's built-in UPS labels. This app was charging more for the slowest UPS service than Shopify charged for the fastest UPS service! Completely absurd.

Hello,

thank you for your message.

The app does not advertise that it supports Checkout Rates. The Dashboard requires you to use your own UPS Account Number. The app itself does not deal with rates at all, it loads your (discounted) rates with your UPS Account Number.

You can reach out to your UPS Account Manager to discuss the pricing. The app does not have any influence on this.

While buying labels via Shopify, you're using Shopifys discounted rates.

The UPS app is super user-friendly and checks-off all the boxes. Ruben from UPS is second to none when it comes to providing quick and effective assistance on any issue needed. Would be proud to have Ruben on my team.

I need help logging into the app and activating my shipping. I am in the UAE and everything was sent via email. My problem is not solved yet.

This is app is okay but you should edit the design to make it clearer (especially for the order list and order shipment creation) and, most importantly, add the following feature:
Download PDF SHIPPING RECEIPT --> I don't mean the invoice for the customer, I mean the receipt of the shipment from UPS with all the costs and details of the shipment, this is possible through ups.com in the shipment preferences, but not with this app unfortunately, and now I have to go to the ups.com and download them from there, which is a loss of time which could be avoided.
