So far this has been great. App works great and the customer service by Ruben is particularly great. Extremely fast, clear and thorough, I've gotten an answer to all my questions – often within minutes!

the service is very wonderful and the service manager is extremly kind.
Guide us to apply the app step by step and explain very clearly.
Strongly remommended.

Not working at all, keep on crashing, tried several times to uninstall it and doing it on several browser ... same issue

After writing my 1 star review, I've been contacted very quickly by the support.
I was lucky enough to be understood and helped by the VERY efficient : Yassir Kaissoumi and I am happy to write his name here so other people can refer to him to have a good, quick and efficient solution.

We fixed my issue in the next 24h.
I don't give a 5 stars because of the original experience and because the process is definitely not user friendly and system messages are confusing leading to mistakes (what happened here in this case).

I still had a couple of issues in particular with being able to see all my orders in may Shopify app, and this evening it is finally correct.

I really am thankful for the quality of the service provided after my bad review and I encourage people to ask for support because it is a good quality one.

The application works perfectly. Highly reccomended!
Ruben of the Support Team also solved a problem I had by printing the labels with a thermal printer not directly supported by ups.

Ruben is the best!!! Great support team. And oww yeah! This app makes your life much easier ! easy setup and also auto generating invoices for worldwide orders.

The support i have gotten from one of UPS worker named Ruben is one of the best and this kind of support we have never seen before. 5 of 5 top rating support! The app i wish need more features and easier workflow but after what i have gotten told, they are all coming in the next couple of weeks. Great app!

So far so good. I have only just started using the platform. Great customer service via the chat widget. Ruben answered all my questions in great timing. I look forward to using the dashboard.

This is a great app for syncing your orders and creating UPS shipping labels. Support is the best, thank you Ruben! Always fast with their replies and very helpful. We needed some additional features and they made them happen in a few weeks. A must app if you don't want to manually create UPS labels.
